"Exploited" is more of a matter of opinion.
But people did use wands *surprise* to kill guards and used the guard plat to recharge the empty wands over and over again resulting in super easy and quick leveling. Also Insta-spawn quest NPC's were *exploited* in some peoples opinion also resulting in super fast leveling.
