i think OP doing it all wrong, had to clear/lull/CC down because another group was going there so had to race them. I am not sure what faction East is on, i assume its VS faction like the rest of the zone, so regardless you wouldn't have beat them to it. (hint: VP guilds all on positive faction with VS)

Which brings me back to the statement earlier, call out the boss not the wing.
