If you knew the rate is 14k and you bid 10k you're trying to get a good deal, correct? How is it different to take offers in hope for some one desperate and offering above average market price? Just because I didn't get taken by your low ball offer don't get mad. If you don't like auctions that are offer based, DO NOT PARTICIPATE IN THEM. No one is forcing your hand.
