I've suffered from dozens of violent seizures that each resulted in a dislocated shoulder. Eventually I had to have that shoulder operated on (twice) to prevent it from dislocating when minor things, like sneezing, happened.

Never done the fourwheeler cliff thing, though :/

no but i have fallen down a 250 ravine with a 150lb base plate + 75lb ruck sack on my back.... now i get money from the gov every month.
