With a system where stuns last for a full duration the best stun in the game last for 2.5 seconds. There is no 4 second stun, no 5 second stun, no 6 second stun, no 7 second stun, no 8 second stun, no 9 second stun and definitely no 10 second stun. PVP is not PVE.
