Change: Roots/Snares are easy to resist but removed custom partial. Change: Stuns are easy to resist but do not remove custom partial. I don't really get this. If stuns rarely land, shouldn't they at least have full duration? IMO the old system is probably better. Enchanters don't get fucked as much with the other code. | ||
