There is a naming policy in effect, its stickied somewhere on these forums. Names that violate the policy should be reported.

Technically there are a lot of names that violate the naming policy, but by convention the most enforced parts of the policy are the ones forbidding offensive (especially discriminatory) names. For example, my main's surname on blue99 probably violates the naming policy in some capacity but since it's not offensive I doubt anyone will waste their time with it.

When you kill someone they are going to revenge rage report any name even close to questionable.
