Using a piece of shit Shiny Brass Halberd at lvl 50 with a pathetic str (around 100) i could hit got just under 70.
As of right now with everyone being 50 and havin pretty sick gear - melee are smashin fuckin face on casters. Pally/sk/war are can easily hit for 100 | ||
