Is the spell Defoliate in the game?

"This spell does not exist anymore but is still in the spell databases on websites like this one.

It used to drop on the test server for a very short time but they took it out. This was a long long long time ago. It does not exist anymore."

Not sure if that's accurate but it might have just been a test-server spell.
