Doubt it, haven't ever played a difficulty hack that allowed it. But I don't have magic yet.
Edgar is so emasculated in this version... I chose him for the Terra recovery program but then discovered I still can't buy useful tools (Noise, Bio,
Flash). AutoCrossbow and Drill just aren't getting the job done.
Think I'll go back and replace him with Locke.
