People fail miserably at making polls in this forum, and they'll make retarded polls just to create the illusion that there's a majority vote for something. HERP DERP, create a poll where 'classic resists' isn't an option and use it as proof that people didn't vote for classic resists! Create a poll where item & coin loot are a single option when most people are for coin and against item loot! I'm starting to think most people around here never finished third grade.

Define classic? Exactly like it was on live? During which time line? Exactly how it was on live?

What about the fact that there were tons of completely retarded overpowered shit on live, but it worked out cause no one knew about it until they changed it (only very few knew) but here everyone knows.

There is no true definition of classic, the resist codes on live changed with every patch, no one can really pin point exactly how it was from each patch change unless you have a developer change log telling the exact algorithm changes from each patch.

I honestly don't see the big issues with the current system, at 75 mr i resist mostly all immobilize spells, sometimes they land for a second, not a big deal once i get jboots.

I think you have to define claasic as the following:

If you are playing an EMU without any expansions, the game should be like it was before Kunark was released.

Personally, I prefer classic to be "Launch day minus the bugs" but that is me.

The classic definition is defined all over this website, it's how the game was, no later than 1999. Simple...

The overpowered classic shit is my point. If we are balancing resists, where does it end? Why not balance Rogues? Rangers? Warriors? The answer normally given is that it's classic, but obviously that no longer applies. Which is terrible.
