Facts:
1. TR petitions are responded to by Rogean within 12 hours, TMO's are ignored (we have 3 months of petitions that were unresponded to). No action taken against TR on the false premise of 'not enough evidence' or 'not enough time'. TMO gets suspended 30 minutes before Trakanon, which they had been camping for 2 days. Oh, Rogean didn't know the spawn time? Blow me.
2. Rogean has seen TR ks mobs from TMO, and has not suspended them, but instead has chosen to give loot to TMO and take no action against TR (recent CT is an example). I WAS THERE.
3. TR's LEADERSHIP is proven to have used 3rd party software IN A RAID SITUATION, individually not banned by Rogean, no action taken against TR (suspension, nothing) server wide individual suspensions. Perun and others subsequently readmitted back into the guild, and then Powerleveled back to 60 by his guild mates.
4. Uthgaard leaves server due to "corruption" and "favoritism" behind the scenes. Don't know the details of this, but it's his stated reason for leaving.
5. Transcendance, DA, and now TMO have all been handed down harsh punishments over those handed town to IB/TR for their transgressions over the course of this servers history. There is a history of GM abuse of power.
6. VP released / GM event last night done (OMG PRETTY GUISES) in the wake of this suspension to turn the majority of the server's attention away from the injustice of Rogean's decision making process.
7. It's going to happen all over again. Just fucking wait. This server is a joke.

And just to clarify, when I started raiding I heard talk of this stuff, the servers past history and IB, etc. I chose to ignore it because I thought the server staff was doing a good job, i didnt think they were corrupt. Boy has 6 months in the trenches with IB/TR changed my mind about that. I just hope this can serve as a WARNING to future guilds that try to compete with them. Either join them or quit, its really that simple.

this is basically the reason why i never want to raid again
