For you to be calling it anything different in the face of multitudes of players leaving and ever decreasing population is just a joke. Why wasn't TR punished for Sev?

In response to you Iondera, you are scewing my words, see this is exactly what i mean, i wasnt refering to being able to prove whether Sev was being Kitted or not, i was refering to TR admiting they KS'd Sev from us, TR claims they had rights becasue we were kitting, Rogean admits that there isnt enough information to show that TMO was or was not kitting, however there is no dispute on the fact that TR KS'ed Seve they openely admited it..why is nothing being done about this? and why are admins responding to all this accusations but when i construct something semi formal I dont even get a response?

Fact: TMO had FTE with 40 in zone (not disputed)
Fact: We were pulling Sev to TT zone (not disputed)
Fact: TR pulled Sev off of our Bard and Killed it (not disputed)
Disputed Fact: TMO was Kitting Sev

Now Rogean claims the fraps/pics/logs are not enough to prove or disprove the disputed fact Sev being Kitted
TR addmiting they KS'ed sev.. why is Rogean or Admins acting on this? ...thats my question I dont know how else to word it,

Again...id like to ad, I am not butt hurt...i dont care about the suspension....I admire the work the devs,admins, CSR, all put in the server. I just want an answer so that I can be satisfied and know that you guys are doing everything you can to be fair.

Facts:
1. TR petitions are responded to by Rogean within 12 hours, TMO's are ignored (we have 3 months of petitions that were unresponded to). No action taken against TR on the false premise of 'not enough evidence' or 'not enough time'. TMO gets suspended 30 minutes before Trakanon, which they had been camping for 2 days. Oh, Rogean didn't know the spawn time? Blow me.
2. Rogean has seen TR ks mobs from TMO, and has not suspended them, but instead has chosen to give loot to TMO and take no action against TR (recent CT is an example). I WAS THERE.
3. TR's LEADERSHIP is proven to have used 3rd party software IN A RAID SITUATION, individually not banned by Rogean, no action taken against TR (suspension, nothing) server wide individual suspensions. Perun and others subsequently readmitted back into the guild, and then Powerleveled back to 60 by his guild mates.
4. Uthgaard leaves server due to "corruption" and "favoritism" behind the scenes. Don't know the details of this, but it's his stated reason for leaving.
5. Transcendance, DA, and now TMO have all been handed down harsh punishments over those handed town to IB/TR for their transgressions over the course of this servers history. There is a history of GM abuse of power.
6. VP released / GM event last night done (OMG PRETTY GUISES) in the wake of this suspension to turn the majority of the server's attention away from the injustice of Rogean's decision making process.
7. It's going to happen all over again. Just fucking wait. This server is a joke.
