The only dungeon that I have personally come in contact with on Al'kabor that shifted faction due to diety is The Hole, where following Brell made a good portion of the mobs non KOS. Could be other examples, but thats the one that sticks out.

(incidently, and a good example of how intricate and detailed the faction system is in EQ, the same Brell worshiper is amiable to Earth Elementals in Twilight Sea.... not the water/air/fire... just the Earth ones, is that attention to detail or what?? Really makes the world feel alive)

Tell you what, i'll make a cleric of Prexus later on Al'kabor and run it to Kedge to check faction with the entrance fish, and the mermaids deeper in and see whats up.

I remember making a brell halfing to do the SRoTU quest in the hole.

On live I leveled a lot in Mistmoore and was an ally to the dragons on Ring of Scale faction.

IIRC all mobs are on just one faction, even though killing them can put hits on other factions. I can't remember what Kedge is on but probably something like Phinigel Autroops for most mobs. Is being a follower of Prexus expected to make you not hostile?
