Shaman dots do like 10 a tick in pvp on this server, until you get VOTS at 39 which is still only like 40. Basically it was just a 1h joust vs a 2h joust.
doesn't mean he should sit there while his opponent is blinded. he could've ran off if he had too...
he also should've taken that pat out, or at least CC'd it.
