Aviaks in South Karana will take you to 29-ish at which point it's a short jaunt to the Split Paw spires which can take you to 39ish. Aviaks are often camped by soloers at that level but there are so many spawns + wandering mobs that you won't be waiting.
Otherwise giants in Warslik's Woods are one of my favourite spots for that level range. | ||
