It's a hard knock life. I know I did 1-10 in Tox without much trouble last year on p99, and you can try Kerra Isle after that. Just wouldn't recommend going very far into that zone. Whoever designed it was a sick, unstable person.

Take boat to Qeynos, jump off befoe it hits the dock (assuming you're KOS).
