harbingers ushers and so on in mistmoore do not see invis when they did on classic.

Pretty sure only casters saw invis.

Ok had time to check this:

All the Lava Guardians, and all the Imp Protectors are KOS and See invisi, they also have a much larger agro radius then the kobolds/bugs.
