As much as everything that is non classic is the devils work, make artifacts ultra rare, pvp item lootable, all/all and too big to fit in bags.

Would make aquiring such a powerful item more interesting. Anyone could loot it and be OP for a fleeting moment.

LOL that blind whip in velious was seriously so bad ... makes me laugh thinking about it. what was it like 1 min ? I remember fighting sniperfire and he had one in upper guk. I dont know how i lived but he blinded me twice and I still survived because im so good at pvp.

Or the Skaen, that weapon that would cast clockwork poison. Basically a whirl till you hurl that was poisoned based.
