You were just out geared and XP'd. on top of that take into consideration; its understandable you didn't want to grind more into your character. Every time a new expansion came out I was like WTF I just barely got half way into this one... because of this....

at first they were only releasing one expansion a year. then they started releasing two expansions. exhausting many players...but there was soooo much PVP and so many options whatever you just didn't like it anymore cool story.

if you didn't want to compete high end you could stay 5 levels below and do low end PVP, twink PVP, w/e. but to stay formidable in high-end PVP you HAD to raid period. And I don't think Grappa raided anything in PoP. just saw u chillin around xping here and there.

SK DT sucked balls when they made them OP but it only lasted like ....3-4 months. There was always a new flavor for OP the devs would switch it up. Wizards, necros, rangers, druids, SKs, everyone had their time to have an OP phase.

Enchanters even later got this sick mana drain that took your life equivelent to the mana it drained from you... its all just different seasons and as always its a group game. ultimately if you can't do something by yourself. Get a friend. Get versatile.

SoL sucked for PvP; it was the beginning of the end for PVP.

Wizards sitting in the bazaar waiting for manaburn to pop then going out and one-shotting someone then insta-gating to the bazaar then rinse/repeat was some real fucking skill I tell you.

Rangers running around while plinking you for 500 hps a hit non-crit over and over while having no LoS issues from hills was real hard too. Oh, yeah.. they could do it from distances of over twice as far as spells.

Lifeburn? Pfft... like necros even needed it.

And resists were fucking retarded too. In classic at least you have to sacrifice AC or HPs or both to get resists... you had to pick your poison. It got mega-retarded when they started adding a shit-ton of resists while adding to every other stat. Resists were getting so fucking retarded I saw a bard on the consolidated PvP server telling a necro to lifetap him. 8 casts and 8 complete resists... ON LIFETAP. I know it was adjusted later, but the damage was done long before.

The books in PoP was the breaking point for me. I was a mage and had to jump people if I was to have any chance of beating anyone (no lures, cast times longer than abacab's hair, very cc-able pets). Well, this was gayed by everyone running to the book before they would even think about trying to fight... if they were losing they would just book to PoGayfaggotbullshit.

but basically just remember everytime you're out there in full resist gear, fighting the underdogs without gear, or you have a gear gap on them its just as equally as ridiculous as your complains about Post luclin PVP.

many, many, many a noobs have been slain just rooted snared, and not only that but had like 5 ppl fighting them fully decked out. and they rage quit. Everyone can find a reason to complain.

Granted the issue is much easier to solve in classic, or should be unless there are a group of elitists that control every spawn and camp (which there most definitely will be) leaving the soft core gamers in rags, and fodder until the items become more common and more accessible to players with less play time.

there will always be something unfair, or imbalanced, but thats where teamwork, strategy and diapers come in.

Abysal, you are a warped idiot. Claiming any kind of victory on 3.0 is LOL. You didn't get ONE raid target in like a month of fighting for them.
