spoken by big letsjoe ya'll. I was trying to think of a time frame when it started dwindling and it was about the DODH era yea, when you run out of a 3rd major guild to compete with its kind of bleh....

I played only a few months post merger, and I was in Defiant and we were allied with PDM even though 90% of the guild hated them.

The bonaduce crew was in WoS and we were farming that named for the CoA sig or whatever it's called. PDM comes strolling in and tells us their taking over the camp.

I tell them to fuck off, and all my family jumps in to back me up. We slaughter them in the Walls of Slaughter and I swear one week later the alliance was broken. Lmao. Yep, there were still great pvp after Luclin/PoP, just AA's alone made the game so much more in depth.
