what happens if someone makes a character there called abacab before you....abacab?

they can't.. he owns the account and the account is banned. the account info is shared across servers (and Abacab is therefore banned on R99). The GMs would have to rename Abacab on P99 to Abacabx so he could remake it on R99. Someone would have to be really lucky to nab it in the mean time~
