No, but they at least send me a thank you card and invite me to yearly events... I'm not donating asking for major GM favors that would be paramount to corruption, I'm not even asking for rule exceptions I'm simply saying I shouldn't be cock blocked completely for something I've supported for months.

However, I do see your reasoning and I'd fully subscribe to it if it wasn't completely polarized by it's extremity.

Actually, it appears that the rule is that if you're banned on one P99 server, you're banned on the other. So in fact, you are asking for rule exceptions based upon what you have donated. It probably wouldn't be good policy for the admins to start granting favors for donations.
