I have to disagree with a transfer from b99 to r99.
If you're going to evaluate metrics and balance, compare Old World to Old world content only; items, spells, spawn times, camps, etc.. at 1,000% EXP bonus, give it a week for all of your metrics and start a separate stage of beta for Kunark to Kunark content. Specifically, Epics, and Temple of Veeshan shit. I kind of fear monk overstacked haste will be the POWA. | ||

Perhaps the transfer is specifically geared towards max level characters to balance, while allowing blues to introduce themselves to a red server from an established standpoint.
Ride it out and see what Rogean has in mind.
