Some of you may not know because you're wet under the ears, but Firiona Vie had her boob size change several times as time went on (game covers, splash screens). Her faces weren't always perfectly replicated either.

Generally, having female art or in-game models look like Melina Velba or Autumn-Jade is probably going too far in the sexiness direction, but if it's moderated and not overdone it can work.

And since when do guys want games to be realistic? Eh, far as I'm concerned, we should be allowed to make top of the class boob models, if that's what we want. We should be able to look the way we want to. For that matter, I like looking like a small but confident guy in games. I'm not interested in being sexy or warrior-like. Half elves feel right.

There were just too many crying women that felt undermined by her assets and insulted. Her looks also changed in small ways. This may have something to do with changing artists who saw her differently from her roots and depicted her their way. Or maybe the same artist that failed to see her from different angles. On the luclin CD case she retains her assets, but her face seems to change. On the CD her face reminds me of Madonna. On the inside cover I'm not sure who she looks like, but her boobs are nicely drawn. In later expansions, they try to downplay her breasts and her face, again, seems to change based on intangibles.

On the whole, it's easy to look too closely. But there're changes, for sure. Maybe I and others have exaggerated these things somewhat. Artists aren't perfect people, after all. Maybe how she looked never crossed their mind.
