even tryed to reinstall eq. to old folder c:\games\eqemu
to overwrite files but dosent help. need to either delete the folder. or install to new folder to get it to work

Stranger things can happen during a crash, since crashes arent supposed to happen they sometimes cause other things to happen that arent supposed to happen.

That error you posted 99% of the time is caused by wrong resolution values. So I would still try those.
