They are the default options on the forum, I think it's a vBulletin thing.

I don't recommend you use the report button for spamming me. Nilbog and Rogean also receive those emails and will not take kindly to it.

Hasbinbad reported that Rogean gets those 'reports' sent straight to his phone. How annoying would that be?

you have just broken the confidetiality rule as set forth by Rogean in the sticked post at the top of the F&R section.
That all interaction between a staff member and a GM/moderator is private
you have divulged a private complaint from a forum user to the public.
give yourself a warning
