Marter Icebear

He most definitely exists; I helped kill him a couple nights ago. I know nothing about how or when he spawns though.

It's an 8 hour spawn and he shares the spawn with his brother Karg Icebear.

Took me 4 spawns to get him. First 3 were all Kargs. You'll take a faction hit for killing Karg but he must die to start the 8 hour spawn timer to get a chance at Martar. Karg is the turn in NPC for the Werewolf Skin Cloak quest.

The spawn pops on the hill just West of Permafrost zone. From there he roams across the ice river and continues on up North and then eventually back down to Perma.
