Hasbinbad is posting a thesis in an effort to shift attention from the fact that numerous accounts have been banned for hacking, two-boxing, and RMT. Transatlantic Rampage is the reason all of this drama started. Their members are a detriment to the server. Solution?

Ban Perun permanently. Disband their guild. I bet you the health of the server will improve. There will be less petitions as you have eliminated the main cause of dispute, griefing, and hacking from the server.
