Because there seems to be 2 main sides to this debate:

1) Red99ers (tz/vz crew) that want YT, CCing, Training, BCing etc..

2) Purple 99ers (red/blue people) that generally want no YT, ccing training or bcing.

Build 2 servers

Server 1 - with the base 99emu code with no rules, no gms ever and enable YT so they can get the server they want.

server 2 - with everything rogean is talking about in a pvp server.

You must be new here or haven't read all the posts on this forum where clearly most people want what Rogaen proposed. There are maybe 1 in 10 who want no rules, training and bind camping/rushing. Most people are indifferent and just want to pvp.

Bad idea to make two servers.
