Nobody of consequence was banned on Blue. Staff didn't enforce raid rules for anyone not tagged under the top 5 guilds. Now the current crew who has been doing this for years enjoy the CSR support. Staff has never been impartial on this project so invest your time elsewhere. Fraps won't save you. Even if the person training you is a guild leader of a top 5 guild it will hurt your petition not expedite it.

There is no conspiracy with the CSR team.

If someone really wants to camp Earth Staff, the solution is simple:
1. Get the timer. After a quake is easiest.
2. Scout the behavior of the current crew to see how many hours before Magi spawn they log in, what they do, etc.
3. Log in hours before that, and get to Magi before their normal log in time.

You can also plan Hate raids with your guild around the same time.

If you aren't willing to out neckbeard the neckbeards, you aren't going to get your Earth Staff.
