Okay dude we get it. Everyone is well aware of when they have used the /list system thus far. Everyone is also well aware that the staff have not said they wouldn't use it in other situations on these servers in the future. There's nothing left to discuss here, just move on lol.

Correct me if I am wrong, but it sounds like you think there is a reasonable chance the staff will implement the /list system on a camp like Stormfeather at some point in the future.

That is where the disagreement is. If you agree it is highly unlikely for this to happen, due to the existing patterns and 6 year time period, then there is nothing left to discuss indeed.

I don't want to give OP, or any other reader here, hope that this will happen. All evidence suggests otherwise. If a solution is forthcoming to OP's complaint, /list is probably the least likely, and thus we should discuss other options.

For the record I talked with the person who made up that rumor, (bananaphoned / misinterpreted / not the best reading comprehension that got relayed here.) its kinda funny if you read it

Guy rooted 4+ cougars

Me: Man you got the whole family watching you! Cool pink robe btw

Him: They must like my fashion.

Me: You got a captivated captive audience! (root)

That turned into "I have a family of people watching me play on the family PC and am multi boxing" idk if anyone has seen this camp but it is the most boring camp in the game.

This whole family PC / multi boxing bit was legit made spun off of / misinterpreted off of a pun about cougars watching a guy camp out.


The camp is def open on the regular, I leave after every camp unfortunately the way this is framed will demonize / character assassinate regardless of the actual scenario / ever interacting with this camp. See gents stating "we need to stop multi quest on this camp" This camp cannot be multi quested.

I have helped countless people hold the camp when they dc'd or went on raids as they were #1 in camp / TOD and let them know when it was up / they did not see it.

If you cant ask for a TOD then expect a long wait as it is the camps nature (38 hour average pop time).

As I have told everyone while I worked against my own self interest "Elf coin is nice and all but above all I want people to feel treated fairly"

The amount of obvious multi-boxing I catch and haphazardly record on a regular basis has me thinking it’s so widespread that it’s unmanageable. A very rampant problem and open secret, and the little stories about what was really meant about multi-boxing, or the one dimensional explanations about a new friend who isn’t very good, is the cherry on top.

The people who want changes to camps like Stormfeather care. This thread wouldn't exist otherwise.

At the end of the day, if grims isn't breaking the rules in some way, he is allowed to camp Stormfeather more than other people if he wants to. That is the nature of a non-instanced server. The longest neckbeards win.

Based on the existing patterns of behavior from the staff, I don't see /list ever being implemented on a camp like Stormfeather. Nor do I see the selling loot rights getting banned.

Someone mentioned this earlier, but boycotting the loot right sales of Stormfeather would be the most actionable option. If there are a lot of people willing to buy loot rights though, it may be tough to convince enough people.
