FTEing pet's not giving out yellow FTE text

I recently had a considerable jump on Severilous spawn (blue server). I was spamming my /target Severilous hotkey, and it happend to target his pet. I hit his pet 3x with a rip stick and got aggro but NO FTE message. Severilous came over and killed me.. right after I died the aggro table seemed to clear and the other racer was able to get the FTE message.

Is this widely known? Is it supposed to be this way? To me it feels like a bug. Most of my guild was unaware of this being a thing.. but a couple of them mentioned it happens with other mobs with pet's.. Draco, Hate mini's etc.

My hope is that CSR will see this and if possible fix it - unless this is how it is supposed to be. However, dying to a mob w/o FTE text and then someone else getting a "First To Engage" does not make sense.

Ive seen this a bunch in Hate, yeah. Its pretty much any mob with a pet it'll not give yellow text if initial agro is into the pet (Silverwing/nexona/Coercer Tvala/Severilous/etc)

Would be neat if this got fixed up
