think VHF/UHF only have like a 5 light year range before they blend into cosmic background noise (apparently that shit about I love Lucy and The Honeymooners broadcasts being 75 light years away by now isn't true ;/ ) so we're pretty damn sure nobody lives on Proxima Centauri b or we would have noticed each other by now

we should send that Mormon generational ship like in The Expanse to claim that shit pronto
