In my Raid mob research report the first post has a link to drop tables, which you can click the individual drops to read through.
https://www.project1999.com/forums/s...=comprehensive

As you can see Inny 2.0 still dropped epic pieces, I saw folks make posts about Staff dropped but it was not exactly conclusive. It does reason if he still dropped ranger epics that mage epics should still be available.

Your best bet to get more epics which can't be locked out by a farm crew is to find solid evidence that Inny 2.0 could still drop Staff.

Of course researching drop rate (and spawn rate) of Magi P`Tasa is still money in the bank.

My understanding is that change occurred out of era similar to how they added epic drops off other mobs for other epics like dragon scales dropping in skyfire.

Inny revamp out of era you say? Or Magi P'Tasa? Pretty sure there is conclusive evidence of Hate minis dropping epics in era

In this case we would be referring to Inny himself dropping the epic pieces in addition to the minis. I believe that change was separate from the Hate 2.0 revamp and occurred out of era when they added additional epic drops for a variety of epic bottlenecks like white dragon scales for bard for example.

Also the fact that they added additional opportunities for drops on certain epic bottlenecks at any point in the timeline is a data point that suggests that the Earth staff was in fact an epic bottleneck back in the classic era, despite a few unsupported claims otherwise.
