Yeah there are paths to leveling to 60 safely withouy dying. It is just tedious and boring.
A more interesting hardcore group approach would probably be to purposely do the hardest dungeons at their intended level ranges, while also avoiding a few classes like Enchanter. Like a hardcore SSF group consisting of a Warrior, a Wizard, a Rogue, and a Bard. You have a lot of useful tools in this group, but you can't simply outheal all encounters with CH. You also don't have access to FD pulling.
