Maybe in real interactions with these people, yes... But in EverQuest / Online spaces : Hell to the no.

Take Dalsavis, for example. Dude's miserable with his life, obviously, based on the way he talks to people.... But at the same time posts in Discord pictures of his fancy vacations / expensive meals / "baller" parties he's at.

Yes, it is telling of a miserable existence when you are on a trip to Las Vegas with your girlfriend and at 2AM you are shitting up EverQuest Discord channels arguing with guildies - No, I don't feel bad for people in that position. I actually want to see even MORE of the trainwreck of their life, because it's good to see a little comeuppance and turnabout.
