Is there ever a case where the npc shouldn't regain it's original size when the illusion wears off?

As a Warbone enjoyer...

- Spiders in velks turn brown and grow in size.
- Kael Giants permanently shrink and then clip vertically.
- Drolvargs shrink in KC.
- Hands grow to a comically immense size in KC.
