I have 10 different videos with logs of P99 parses using the EQEMU formulas across different classes, levels, and weapons. The predictions vs. The results are either identical or off by 3 damage or less. This shows the EQEMU formulas for damage are being used on P99, albeit with a few slightly different magic numbers.
