Guildy did it at 35. I would strongly suspect its for all levels. With different tiers of rewards.

Can we get some information on these? From what I've heard, for below 46 it's supple scale armband (junk), which can be handed back in for matchless dragonwing? or whatever mantle, the 65 hp/mana one. I'm sure there is at least one more reward for that tier though.

The GMs/Staff will never release the information, since thats part of the alure.
