Why is Locustlure so expensive?

That's kind of what I figured, but as you said, everyone has a Rogue. I commonly have 3 rogues in my group on my Cleric and I never see any of them using this dagger for slows, so I'm a little confused. I think the ratio is so weak compared to what they are using that they don't think it's worth it? Maybe only used when people solo or something?

On my ench in some groups I didn't even bother with slow because stuff dies too fast to be worth it even if I could land it right off the gates. Makes random procs even more useless, might as well go for better damage weap and do your DPS job and bust it out on tougher targets if you think you'll be tight on heals.

In small groups or solo kills an early proc can help a fair bit when you get to 50+ content.
