I'm getting the same issue! I really wanted to play this version too. Not sure what I did wrong. Even when I use the Launch Titanium it still gives the same error code.

Multiple ways to fix. You have to help it find your EverQuest directory. I usually recommend making a desktop shortcut out of the Launch Titanium as its the simplest fix

Right click the Launch Titanium.bat file select "Show more options" and then under Send you can make it a desktop shortcut and launch it from that

There are other ways to fix, here is a couple more:

You can edit the Launch Titanium.bat file to include a CD to your EQ directory

CD C:\EverQuest
start eqgame patchme

Or you can create your own shortcut that launches it directly (make sure it includes the patchme)
