The wiki is basically half down right now, and has been for awhile now. Only Rogean (or Rahvin) can fix it: while I've volunteered to help, neither has taken me up on the offer.
The backstory is that we had a crazy spammer filling the wiki with (literally) hundreds of articles about penis pills and such. Because our wiki has been heavily customized, we can't use the normal wiki "CAPTCHA" extension to prevent idiots like that spammer from creating new accounts (so new account signup is disabled). I offered to create a custom CAPTCHA solution for the wiki, but presumably Rogean and/or Rahvin has their own solution planned ... they're just needing some time to implement it. P.S. There's also a (probably separate, but maybe related) issue with some wiki pages not being editable right now (when you try to edit them you get a CloudFlare error ... but not all pages). I don't know the backstory behind that, but my guess is that it's similarly a temp fix from Rogean, which he will resolve when he can.
