Humility would be someone who could be in good shape and beautiful but not think they’re better than a fat person. They might think of a sin of their own and have empathy for the fatty who must wear their sin.

I’m not sure which saint said it, but it was something like “Humility is the greatest virtue cause it’s the only virtue that can’t lead to sin. Virtues like charity or fasting and others could lead to pride.” Humility is part of other virtues like grace or patience. Pride can lead to other sins like anger or gossip. Humility is healthy for relationships and is appreciated by any mature person.

Exercise requires discipline. Wealth usually does too. Discipline is a virtue. Health and wealth are good, but it would be difficult to be rich without pride. Ecclesiastes says something about enjoying the fruit of your labor. You could be more charitable if you had more wealth. All those Israelites from the Old Testament and Solomon had major wealth.

Belief can be subjective. It’s not binary but gradient. If it’s bothering you that belief alone is the determining factor for salvation, don’t worry, that’s a Protestant thing. It’s called faith alone or sola fide. Catholic and Orthodox consider this heresy.

Turning the cheek may be more applicable to someone who is angry with you or insults you or belittles you. Especially a loved one. If someone is going to hurt you, or steal your stuff, or hurt innocent, you would be obligated to defend yourself or them as a Christian for the sake of good and to not be a coward.
