New filings dropped. THJ switching tactics, now saying that the Daybreak EULA says that all matters should be handled in arbitration, not in court.

Seems a bit late in the game to be pulling this card. Is this switch of tactics a sign that THJ lawyers know they're going to lose this suit? Is this the Ace in the Hole they've been holding on to the hole time? Will THJ survive?

That's mainly why i can't play the TLP's anymore. I can only be told "Help me" in cyrillic so many times a night.

I see you have only scratched the surface. Most of them neo nazi guilds were funded with platinum from a gnome only guild who mastered tinkering very early on. I dont want to expose anymore secrets, I've been told a few of these gnomes have survived and could possibly be on these forums as we speak.
