you can delete your toons at any time, nobody is stopping you.
when you do, make a petition on forums as well that says, "No matter how much I beg you, DO NOT restore my characters. I wish to be freed from this game"

I hear we have a gigachad email tycoon on the forums now, just give em your account details and he'll email the manager of p99, account will be gone within 2 minutes and 6 seconds.

1st give away all your items and plat… that way if toons are “restored” they will be naked and it’ll kill your desire to start over. 2nd, delete your toons, create a new account with gibberish login credentials you’ll never remember… make lvl 1s to claim all your old names. Then uninstall & throw away the CDs or whatever you used for fresh install. Then you better find a new game to take away that itch.
6 months later, live with the regret of your decision.
