I don't know squat about THJ, but I have a level 54 Necro on Project Quarm. RIP.

I figured a Legal notice would eventually be handed down by DBG, but not this soon. I was wagering it would be given to the Quarm team on the first day Luclin opened.

P99 does not have a legal agreement to go past Velious. I figured Quarm had no agreement at all to even start a server.

Sure it is. That is why you don't have a server to log into. Because it's back...[You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

You are correct. Looks like they got a lot of work to do rolling back their code. I am surprised they are letting them go beyond Velious. I wonder if that means they will have to remove the instances. That was the best part.

I also notice THJ server was still up with around 2,100 logged in. Does that server Box or are those legit accounts? And if they are being sued, I would have thought they would have shut it down until there was a resolution.

They allow 2 characters to be logged in at the same time, so long as one is only a bazaar trader that never leaves bazaar.

Guild/pvp instances are allowed to stay. Along side the NG+, S/SF/HC modes. Basically only losing the custom race/class combos, the khati raid and future froglok race/zones and mask from veksar.

Not only is THJ still running with the lawsuit, they are openly still taking money and said they are working on updates. They just wont push updates until after the trial(tbh i doubt thj might be around after anyway tho)
