i never got to play it, played 2e 3e

knew the name from the beat em up video game from capcom then noticed the books when i downloaded the torrent of everything possible and read some of it, it was the era when they had like 3-4 different actually supported campaigns prior to putting everything in FR like Birthright, Greyhawk, Blackmoor? and all that shit iirc

That's not the call of the void. Call of the void is when you have access to instant death. Usually a ledge. You just feel like calmly walking off. Or something else like this.
