An insane woman who I now believe to be a cia asset who was seeking out independent inventors of disruptive technology and then disposing of them lent me a classified army document once that was talking about studies they had done (and some theory) on mass manifestation. It posited that phenomena like aliens, ghosts, Bigfoot etc werent naturally occurring, but through the collective belief that they exist, they would be manifested into reality.
