WQS is a good option. Staff of battle is another nice 200pp option for 2hb. Those two are hard to beat value wise.

Don't skip on haste too.

If you really like 1handers you can do adamantite club and Staff of shielding/Baton of royal stature but peacebringer, imbued fighters staff or tranquil staff will generally do better.

Get an IFS and a 30%+ haste item when you got a bit more money.

T staff if within budget, IFS otherwise.

Peacebringer and staff of battle are too heavy.

Seahorse belt / RBB / RBG are all (relatively) cheap, lightweight, and good haste.

Sash of the Dragonborn / FBSS more tight budget friendly. But really you want IFS and then as much haste as you can possibly afford.
